Thank you for choosing music from INFINITESCORE. We offer two types of music tracks to suit your needs: PRO-Registered Tracks and Royalty Free Tracks. Below we explain the difference and what it means for you as a content creator.

When you purchase a license from us, you are paying for the right to use our music in your projects (like YouTube videos, games, or films). We take care of the rest.

If you are a standard consumer using our music for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok, you do NOT need to worry about anything – regardless of whether you choose a PRO-Registered Track or a Royalty Free Track.

For PRO-Registered Tracks: As the creators, we have registered these songs with our PRO (BMI). This allows us to collect royalties from broadcasters (like TV stations). For you as a digital creator, this changes nothing. You simply purchase the license, use the music, and credit it as specified.
For Royalty Free Tracks: These tracks are not registered with any PRO. You purchase the license once and use them freely within the terms of your license.
The Golden Rule: As long as you have purchased the correct license for your needs and you credit the music as specified in your agreement, you will not receive any additional claims or bills from a PRO or any other organization.
All major platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitch) already have the necessary “umbrella” licenses in place to host music. You are safe.

Here is the simple difference between our two types of music:

Royalty Free Tracks are not registered with any PRO (Performance Rights Organization). No performance royalties are collected when they are played. They offer a simpler back-end structure and are ideal for many projects.

PRO-Registered Tracks are registered with BMI (or another PRO). This means that performance royalties are collected by us, the artists, when the music is played on traditional media like TV or radio.

For digital creators – YouTubers, social media users, and web video producers – both types work exactly the same way: You purchase a license, download the track, use it in your project, and credit INFINITESCORE. There is no difference in how you handle the music, and you do not need to worry about PROs or royalties.

If you are using a PRO-Registered Track with a Gold, Platinum, or Diamond License (which includes TV, radio, film, or theatrical use), please note:

Our Role: We provide you with the necessary music details (Title, Composer, Publisher, BMI IPI #, etc.) upon request.
Your Responsibility: You are responsible for submitting these details to the appropriate Performance Rights Organization (e.g., BMI, GEMA, ASCAP) or providing them to the Broadcaster/Network who will submit the cue sheet on your behalf.
Important: We do not create or submit cue sheets for you. We only supply the data you need to fulfill this requirement.
Royalty Free Tracks: No cue sheets are ever required for Royalty Free Tracks, regardless of usage.
If you are unsure whether your project requires a cue sheet, please check with your Broadcaster or Network.

No – never. Cue sheets are only required for traditional broadcast media (TV, Radio, Film Festivals, Cinema). For YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other online platforms, no cue sheet is needed for either PRO-Registered or Royalty Free Tracks.

YouTuber / Social Media Creator? → Both track types work the same. No PRO worries. No cue sheets. Just use the music.
TV / Film Producer? → PRO-Tracks require cue sheet submission (data provided by us). Royalty Free Tracks require no cue sheets.
